Shon Group Realty redeveloped and has managed Cathedral Place since 1991.  Cathedral Place is a Class AAA building located in downtown Vancouver, and serves as a major architectural landmark within the city.

HSBC Building

Shon Group Realty assembled the land package upon which the HSBC Building in Vancouver was developed.  Shon Group also arranged for the lead tenant for the developer.  The HSBC Building is a Class AAA building.

4841 Delta Street

4841 Delta Street is a mixed use retail and commercial property in Ladner, BC.  Shon Group Realty provided advisory services to a private family venture that acquired the property through a joint venture, assisted in the acquisition, and sourced the requisite financing.
